However, Ms. A. Deepa, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Ld. Advocate-on-Record, for Respondent Nos 1 to 4. She seeks and is granted four weeks time, to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.
