The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 16.8.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Respondent Nos. 3 to 5, 8, 9, 34, 40, 46 to 49 and 59 shall file counter affidavit within four weeks' time, as last chance. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall take

fresh steps for effecting service on respondent Nos. 1, 2, 6, 7, 10 to 33, 35 to 39, 41 to 45, 50 to 58 and 60 to 67 within four weeks' time. List again on 28.09.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh steps for effecting service on respondent Nos. 19, 24, 50 and 61. M/s. D.K. Sinha and Ranjit Singh, Advocates have on 29.8.2016 filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 12, 618, 2023, 2549, 5160 and 6267 respectively but counter affidavit has not been filed so far.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 19, 24, 50 and 61
