"Delay condoned.

Issue notice on the special leave petitions as also on the prayer for interim relief, returnable in six weeks. In the meantime, there shall be stay of contempt proceedings before the High Court."

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to all the 67 Respondents on 03/05/2016 by Registered AD Post. Mr. D.K. Sinha, Advocate has entered his appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3-5, 8-9, 34, 40, 46-49 and 59 but Counter Affidavit has not been filed so far. Neither AD cards nor unserved Cover has been received back in respect of 1-2, 6-7, 10-33, 35-39, 41-45, 50-58, 60-67 so far.

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1-2, 6-7, 10-33, 35-39, 41-45, 50-58, 60-67.

The matter above mentioned is listed before Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
