So far as issues raised in these Special Leave Petitions are concerned, let limited notice be issued in the matters to explore whether the respondents can be allotted plots under the oustees policy in the residential area other than Sector 13 at Kurukshetra through the advertisement and also on the applications seeking condonation of delay in filing the petitions.
