3. The Haryana Urban Development Authority, i.e., Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, has preferred these appeals against the judgment dated 30.07.2019 passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh. This Court, on 08.10.2020, had dismissed some of the special leave petitions on account of inordinate delay. However, in the appeals arising out of special leave petitions, which are listed today, a limited notice was issued to explore whether the respondents can be allotted plots under the oustees policy in the residential area other than Sector 13 at Kurukshetra.

4. When these matters came up for further hearing on 20.10.2023, it was stated on behalf of the State of Haryana that the appellant (HSVP) has, in the meantime, carved out some plots in Sector 13, Kurukshetra, where oustees will be allotted plots as per the judgment of the Civil Court, duly upheld by the High Court. Consequently, the appellant was granted time to issue the requisite advertisement.

5. Learned counsel for the appellant (HSVP) states that the advertisement has now been issued, inviting applications from the oustees for the allotment of plots in Sector 13, Urban State, Kurukshetra.

6. In this view of the matter, we are satisfied that the order dated 08.10.2020, whereby limited notice was issued, stands complied with. No further directions are required to be issued. The appellant/Authority will

complete the process of allotment at the earliest and preferably within six months. The decree passed by the Civil Court, as affirmed by the High Court, stands substituted by the present order.

7. The civil appeals are, accordingly, disposed of as having become infructuous.
