I.A NO.198552/2022 IN SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION(CRIMINAL) NO.8585/2022:
Having heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner at a considerable length and after carefully perusing the material available on record, we do not find any ground to suspend the sentence of the petitioner/applicant at this stage.
The said I.A. is dismissed.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner/applicant to file a fresh application at an appropriate stage.
