Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 have filed the counter affidavit. A copy of the counter affidavit is served on the learned counsel for Respondent No.1 in Open Court. Respondent No. 1 seeks two more weeks time for filing the counter affidavit. Permitted.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos. 7, 10 and 20 have refused to accept dasti and that all the remaining respondents have been served. The proof of dasti is being filed. The learned counsel seeks fresh notice against Respondent Nos. 7 and 20 through the District and Sessions Court, Darjling (West Bengal) and Respondent No.10 through District and Sessions Court, Chamba (Himachal Pradesh) simultaneously by Registered post also. Take steps, if steps are taken, issue notice directly to the concerned court as well as by post. Await service report.
