Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to 4 have filed separate Vakalatnama. It is seen that Mr. Puneet Taneja,Advocate has filed vakalatnama through Chief Law Officer on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. On verification of Vakalatnama it is seen that he is appeared on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. Hence Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are served. Respondent No. 7, 25, 28 and 29 are reported to be unserved. The learned counsel for the petitioner offers to take out dasti as against all the unserved respondents. Permitted. Issue dasti forthwith.
