It is submitted that Mr. Garvesh Kabra, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for effecting service on Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent No. 2 and 3.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
