It is submitted that Mr. Aditya Singh, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 05.05.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 898 of 2012, 4881 of 2012 and 4882 of 2012 (O&M) alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition in RFA No. 898/2012.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner namely Rambir Singh in RFA No. 898/2012 which is barred by time by 649 days and Counsel

has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 RFA No. 898/2012 is barred by time by 89 days, RFA No. 4881/2012 is barred by time by 93 days and RFA No. 4882/2012 is barred by time by 93 days and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with CC No. 12236 of 2016 Entitled Zile Signh & Ors Versus State of Haryana & Ors as both are arising out of common followed Judgment.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of notification dated 13.08.2004, 26.08.2004, 30.06.2005, 17.11.2005, award dated 25.11.2004, 12.08.2012 and exhibits mentioned in the impugned order. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 25.05.2016 stating therein that the same are not necessary and counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
