The matters above mentioned have been filed on 20th and 21st January, 2016 respectively against the impugned common final impugned Judgment and Order dated 24th September, 2014 passed by the High Court of Madras, Madurai Bench at Madurai in Writ appeal No. 1257 of 2013.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed applications for permission to file Special Leave Petition in all the matters and condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition which is barred by time by 393 days in SLP(C) ...CC No. 2171 of 2016 and 394 days in all the other SLPS.

It is further submitted that Mr. K. V. Mohan, counsel for the petitioner has on 3rd February, 2016 filed application for additional documents with affidavit alongwith copies of electricity Act, 2003 Section 42 & 108, TNERC's Open Acess Regulation 2005, Government letter dated 10.11.2008 addressed to TNEB, restriction & Control Order dated 01.11.2008, Order dated 5.12.2008 passed by TNERC, Chennai in M.P. No. 43 of 2008, GO(MS) No. 10 dated 27.2.2009, TNERC, Chennai Order dated 5.1.2010, TNERC's Amendment Notification dated 9.2.2010, common Order dated 7.9.2010 passed by TNERC, Chennai in M.P. Nos. 6, 9, 17 of 2010 and DRP No. 9/2010, TANTRANSCO's circular memo dated 30.9.2010, Minutes of the meeting convened dated 27.1.2011, Circular Memo dated 8.2.2011 issued by Tamil Nadu Transmission Corpn. Ltd Chennai, Order of the Hon'ble High Court, Madras dated 17.2.2011 passed in W.P. No. 27983 of 2010 alongwith other connected matters, GO(MS) No. 79 dated 11.7.2012 issued by Energy (C.3) Department, Chennai, Circular Memo issued by TANGEDCO, Chennai dated 12.7.2012, TANGEDCO, Chennai Circular dated 24.7.2012, Order passed by Hon'ble High Court of Madras dated 15.6.2012 in W.P. No. 159/2008 alongwith other connected batch matters, TNERC Chennai Order No. 1/2012 dated 30.3.2012.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also filed a letter dated 4th February, 2016 stating therein that undertaking given in various Orders passed by TNERC, TANTRANSCO & TAGEDCO in separate petitions. He has submitted to file all the relevant Orders in main matter i.e. Special Leave Petition(C)CC...No. 1911 of 2016 and given below the SLPs numbers in which undertaking has been filed. Copy of the same already included in Special Leave Petition paper books. The Orders are common in all the SLPs and there is no need to file all of them in every SLPs:-

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 15th February, 2016 filed separate letters SLP(C) CC...2125, 2135, 2171, 2177 AND 2189 OF 2016 stating therein that he has filed the required undertaking documents in a separate volume in SLP(C) ...CC No. 1911 of 2016 i.e. the main matter. Since in the main matter all the orders, notifications etc have been filed, there is no need to again file them in the connected SLPs. Copies of the letters are circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that the instant matter and connected matters are arising out of common order

The applications in the matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
