(d) stay the entire recruitment process of the Notification dated CEN No.RRC-01/2019 with respect to Eastern Railways;

It is required to be noted that the examination to fill up the post(s) in question had already been concluded in the month of February, 2022 and the present stage is the verification of the documents. which is to be conducted on 24.02.2023. A large number of candidates have appeared and the documents verification process with respect to the selected candidates would be undertaken/ conducted on 24.02.2023. None of the selected candidates, whose documents verification process will be conducted on 24.02.2023 are before this Court and in absence of them, no relief can be granted.

Both the applications are devoid of merit and the same deserve to be dismissed and are accordingly dismissed.
