1. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 10^th April, 2023 passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Dy. No.9339/2023 arising from the same order and judgment dated 14^th July, 2021, as has been challenged in the instant case wherein notice has been issued.

2. Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as also on the petition for special leave to appeal.

3. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
