It is submitted by Mr. S.K. Rungta, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners that it has already been extending the benefit of minimum regular pay scale and, therefore, there was no contempt with regard to payment from 1993. If such a fact is brought with supporting documents to the notice of the High Court, it shall take note of the same in M.J.C. No.2302/2017.

With the aforesaid direction, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
