The matter above mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 16.11.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
"Vakalatnama and counter affidavit of respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No.19774/2015 has been filed.
Respondent No.1 in person of SLP(C) No.19775/2015 has also filed the counter affidavit. It is mentioned that the application seeking permission to appear and argue in person has also been filed the day before. Be processed as per rules.
Service for respondent No.2 (common to both the SLPs) has yet not been effected. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service. Notice thereafter be issued.
List again on 1.2.2016."
It is submitted that counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 19774/2015 has already filed counter affidavit. Respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 19775/2015 has on 29.09.2015 filed memo of appearance with application for permission to appear and argue-in-person and the same was listed before Ld. Registrar on 17.10.2015 for Interaction, when he was pleased to pass the following order:-
"The statement of Respondent-in-person has been recorded as is required under Order IV Rule(1)(c) of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013. He has been specifically asked about his ability to represent his case before the Court. He replied in affirmative. He

was given an option to get an Advocate appointed from the Court and he disagreed. After recording the said statement I opine that the Respondent can be permitted to argue in person to render necessary assistance to the Hon'ble Court for proper disposal of the matter."
It is submitted that respondent No. 1 (in-person) in SLP(C) No. 19775/2015 has filed reply affidavit.
It is further submitted that though counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy to issue fresh show cause notice to unserved respondent No. 2 (common in both SLPs), the same is available with the Registry and accordingly, fresh show cause notice to respondent No. 2 was issued on 26.12.2015 by regd. A.D. Nothing has been received from respondent No. 2 so far.
Service is not complete on respondent No. 2 (common in both SLPs) so far.
The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
