We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent who is appearing in-person.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, we deem it appropriate to transfer H.M.A. No.75 of 2009, titled as Sunil Singh Gusain vs. Anjana Gusain, pending before the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, to the Family Court of competent jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We request the transferee Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
