The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09th July, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice. Status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all 15 respondents through registered A.D. post on 29.7.2015. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received back on behalf of all respondents so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. C.K. Sasi., Advocate for the petitioner has filed an application for impleadment as a party respondent(same is registered as I.A no. 1 of 2015) and application for modification for interim order on behalf of proposed impleaded party(Unregistered application has been included in the SLP's paperbooks for the kind perusal of Hon'ble Court).

Service of show cause notice is not complete on all Respondents.

The application in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber this Office Report.
