The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 01st October, 2015, when she was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Among 15 respondents herein, service upon respondent Nos.3, 5 to 7, 10, 11 and 13 to 15 is complete but none has entered appearance. Remaining all the respondents are yet not served, petitioner to take fresh steps to effect the service. List again on 7.1.2016."

It is submitted that there are 20 respondents Respondent Nos. 16 to 20 have been brought on record vide this Court's order dated 15.10.2015 and Mr. C.K. Sasi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 16 to 20 but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Lawyer's Knit & Co., Mr. Nikilesh Ramachandran and Mr. Romy Chacko, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3, 4 and 8 to 13 respecively but not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that A.D. cards have been received on behalf of Respondent

Nos. 5 to 7, 14 and 15 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
