The matter abovementioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 30th November, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for respondent nos. 16 to 20 submits that he has filed an application, which is registered as I.A. No.2. List the same in the next week, if it is not defective."

It is submitted that Mr. C.K. Sasi., Advocate for the Impleaded Party Respondent Nos. 16 to 20 has filed an application for modification for court's order dated 09.07.2015 (same is registered as I.A no. 2 of 2015)and same is included in the SLP's paperbooks for the kind perusal of Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that there are 20 respondents Mr. Lawyer's Knit & Co., Mr. Nikilesh Ramachandran and Mr. C.K. Sasi, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 16 to 20 respecively but not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is submitted that A.D. cards have been received on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 7, 10, 11 and 13 to 15 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show notices have been received back on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4, 8, 9 and 12 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 4, 8, 9 and 12.

The application in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
