We do not see any reason why the relief of transfer of the two writ petitions which are the subject matter of the prayer we are concerned with should not be ordered. Accordingly, it is directed that the proceedings in Writ Petition No. 259/2020 being M/s. Glenmark Pharmaceutical Ltd. and Anr. v. Union of India and Ors. and Writ Petition bearing WP-LD-VC No. 151/2020 being Caroa Properties LLP and Anr. v. Union of India & Ors pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bombay Bench pending before the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bombay Bench shall stand transferred to the High Court of Delhi to be heard with the batch of cases which are already pending.

The transfer petitions stand allowed.
