Through these four Transfer Petitions, the National Anti Profiteering Authority is seeking the transfer of two writ petitions pending on the file of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, one writ petition pending on the file of the High Court of Gujarat and another Writ Petition pending on the file of the High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru Bench.

In so far as the writ petition pending on the file of the High Court of Gujarat is concerned, it is stated by Mr. Zoheb Hossain, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner before the High Court of Gujarat has $\frac{1}{16} \frac{200}{10} \frac{1}{2}$

that, therefore, the petitioner is not pressing for transfer of the proceedings now pending before the High Court of Gujarat.

Therefore, Transfer Petition (C) No.922 of 2020 which seeks transfer of Special Civil Application No. 7907 of 2020 being Sapphire Foods India Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. Vs. Union of India pending on the file of the High Court of Gujarat, Ahmedabad Bench shall stand dismissed.

The Transfer Petition (C) No. 923 of 2020 seeking the transfer of writ petition No. 8776 of 2020 being Barbeque National Hospitality Ltd. Vs. Union of India and Ors. pending on the file of Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru Bench is ordered to be transferred to the High Court of Delhi, following a detailed order passed by a two member Bench of this Court in T.P.(C) No. 290-292 of 2020 by order dated 19.02.2020. Accordingly, this transfer petition stands allowed.

In so far as the other two transfer petitions relating to the proceedings pending before the High Court at Judicature at Bombay are concerned, someone has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.

Since they are not present today, those two transfer

petitions alone are adjourned to next week to give one opportunity to the learned counsel for the respondents.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
