It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 18.07.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in L.A. APP. No. 366/2011. The matter initially filed on 30.10.2015 is barred by time by 1475 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 04.12.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 7 days. Counsel for the petitioner has filed applications for permission to file additional documents and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and the same have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No.34743/2015 @ CC No. 21160/2015 arising out of common followed judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.12.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and tagging the matter with Civil Appeal No. 5480-5486/2013. Copy of order dated 04.12.2015 is enclosed herewith.

The matter alongwith applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
