It is submitted that there are 2 (Common respondents in appeals.) respondents in this appeals and are respondent No.1 is represented by Mr. D.S. Mahara, Advocate and respondent Nos. 2 is represented by Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate. Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeals is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case despite Registry's letter dated 24/04/2015. As per latest amended SCR 2013, List of date has been filed in this appeals, hence civil appeals may be treated as ready for hearing. SLP(C) Nos 12529, 12535, 12540, 12542, 12544, 12545, 12547, 12549 & 14864/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in all the matters. Mr. D. S. Mahra, M/s. Saharya & Co. and Ms. Binu Tamta, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of both the respondents in all the matters. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 12529, 12535, 12540, 12542 & 12544/2015 has filed counter affidavits. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) Nos. 12545, 12547 and 12549/2015 and counsel apeparing for respondent No. 2 in all the matters have not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete in all the matters.

C.A. No. 4073/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in this appeal and respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. D.S. Mahara, Advocate and respondent No. 2 is represented by Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate. Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeals is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the prties have not filed the statement of case despite Registry's letter dated 29/04/2015. As per latest amended SCR 2013, List of date has been filed in this appeals, hence civil appeals may be treated as ready for hearing.

C.A. No. 4072/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in this appeal and respondent No.1 is represented by Mr. D.S. Mahara, Advocate and respondent No. 2 is represented by Mrs. Garima Prasad, Advocate. Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeals is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case so far despite Registry's letter dated 25/05/2015. As per latest amended SCR 2013, List of date has been filed in this appeal, hence civil appeal may be treated as ready for hearing.

SLP(C) Nos. 14864, 16234, 16235 & 16237/2015

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with C.A. Nos. 5480-5486 of 2013 as the same are arising out of similar issue."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy, hence show cause notice could not be issued so far.

It is submitted that there are 2 common respondents in these appeals. Respondent No. 1(UOI) is represented by Mr. D.S. Mahara, Advocate and respondent Nos. 2(DDA) is represented by M/s. Saharya & Co., Advocates. Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeals is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellant has not filed the statement of case so far, despite Registry's letter dated 17.09.2014. As per latest amended SCR 2013, List of date has been filed in this matter.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellant has on 18.08.2015 filed an application for substituting the lrs. of deceased appellant in C.A. No. 5480/2013 and deceased Ram Kunwar in C.A. No. 5483/2013 alognwith condonation of delay application but counsel has not filed the application for abatement in this regard so far despite Registry's letter dated 19.08.2015. Hence, C.A. is not ready for hearing.
