SLP(C) CC No. 6640/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23.09.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA. APP No. 643 of 2011 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 947 days) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) CC No. 10543 of 2014 arising out of relied upon judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.07.2014, when the Court was pleased to grant the same and consequently, Civil Appeal Nos. 6781-82/2014 has been registered. Copy of order dated 21.07.2014 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 3103/2012 @ CC No. 604/2012 arising out of common followed judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.01.2012, when the Court was pleased to dismissed the same. Copy of order dated 20.01.2012 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) CC No. 6867 of 2014 arising out of relied upon judgment was listed before the

Hon'ble Court on 05.05.2014, when the Court was pleased to grant the same and consequently, Civil Appeal No. 5518/2014 has been registered. Copy of order dated 05.05.2014 is enclosed herewith.

SLP(C) CC No. 6699/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgement and Order dated 23.09.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA. APP. No. 642 of 2011 with application for condonation of Delay in filing (barred by time by 1164 days) The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 06.04.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 9 days.

SLP(C) CC No. 6711/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 23.09.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA. APP No. 644 of 2011 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 946 days) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

SLP(C) CC No. 6712/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 30.09.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA. APP No. 651 of 2011 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 1157 days) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

SLP(C) CC No. 6741/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgement and Order dated 28.09.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA. APP. No. 646 of 2011 with application for condonation of Delay in filing (barred by time by 942 days)

The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 07.04.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 1 day.

SLP(C) CC No. 6771/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgement and Order dated 08.07.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA. APP. No. 583 of 2009 with application for condonation of Delay in filing (barred by time by 1217 days) The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 04.04.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 30 days.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of common followed judgment.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
