It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in L.A. Appeal No. 615/2009 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 1849 days)(registered as I.A. No. 1) and permission to file additional documents exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 37730/2016 @ SLP (C) CC No. 23824/2016 arising out of common followed judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.12.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 14.12.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 10200-10215/2015 @ SLP (C) CC Nos. 1884-1899/2015 arising out of relied upon judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.03.2015, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Accordingly the same has been registered as Civil Appeal Nos. 3285-3300/2015. Copy of order dated 30.03.2015 is enclosed herewith.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
