1 By way of this application, the petitioner in the Special Leave Petition seeks dismissal of the case as against respondent No 7. It is however stated that the said respondent expired during the pendency of the matter before the High Court itself. The Registry is directed to list this application along with the main Special Leave Petition before the regular Court.

• 1 By way of this application, the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner, who expired on 08.08.2023, seek to come on record.
