The Special leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. Navin Prakash, Advoate, against the interim order dated 11.02.2014 of the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur in I.A. No.1629 of 2014 in Election Petition No.32 of 2014.

It is submitted that Registry has pointed out the defects that typed copy of Annexure P-1 and P-2 is required to be filed. In this regard Advocate has filed a letter dated 20.05.2014 stating therein that the same will be produced if required, during the course of hearing (copy of letter dated 20.05.2014 is included in the paper book at page No.29).

It is further submitted that Mr. Navin Prakash, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner has on 10.06.2014 filed an application for permission to file Additional document with Annexure P-3 to P-8 and application for exemption from filing official translation. Which are registered as I.A. Nos. 1 and 2 (separate Vol. Of I.A.-1 is placed alongwith Special Leave Petition paper book)
