UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R C.A. No. 6007-6008/2014 The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 2, 8 and 10 has already filed the vakalatnama, which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said vakalatnama. Contd..2/- Item No. 10 - 2 - C.A. No. 8442/2014 The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the petitioner has already filed an application for substitution in respect of respondent nos. 11 and 13, which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks as last chance rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application. C.A. No. 8305-8306/2014 Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Ld. Advocate, has on 01.02.2016 again filed Vakalatnama on behalf of State of Karnataka but has not clarified regarding the second Vakalatnama filed by her despite Registry's letter dated 22.07.2016. Ld.
