It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 1118 days in filing the SLP against the Judgment and Order dated 23.01.2012 passed by the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in FA No. 211 of 1993 and the SLP filed against the Judgment and Order dated 25.04.2014 in MCA No. 2008 of 2013 is barred by time by 295 days.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed an application to bringing on record the Legal heirs of deceased petitioner viz Ramaben and he has also filed an application for condonation of delay of 6959 days in filing application for bringing on record the Legal heirs of deceased petitioner.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed additional documents and the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
