Records reveal that respondent no.7 in this matter is respondent no.9 in SLP(C) No.8670/2023 and opportunity to file counter affidavit has already been declined vide Hon'ble Court's order dt.16.2.2024 in that matter.

Records further reveal that respondent no.7 in this matter is common in SLP(C) No.8672/2023 and counter affidavit has already been filed in the main matter.

It is submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner that respondent no.7 in this matter has already been denied the opportunity to file counter affidavit vide Hon'ble Court's order dt.16.2.2024. Appropriate application in this behalf be filed within one week. If such application is filed, list the same before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. If such application is not filed, list again on 27.9.2024.
