The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mrs. Mona K. Rajvanshi, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 5th May, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14750/2015.
It is submitted that Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 82 of 2009 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th September, 2009 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice. The matter is pending for hearing and is likely to be listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th July, 2015. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 30th September, 2009 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that SLP(Crl.) No. 71 of 2015 relating to same Criminal Case was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 16th January, 2015. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 16th January, 2015 is annexed as Annexure P-5 at page no.31 of the SLP paper books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
The application for permission to file Special Leave Petition in the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
