It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 14 days in filing the SLP against the judgment and order dated 21/01/2014 of the High Court of Bombay at Aurangabad in Second Appeal No. 41 of 2014.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter stating therein that all the relevant annexures have been filed and other exhibits referred in the judgment may not be necessary at this stage. The letter of the advocate is included in the paper books at page No. 84.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has filed documents as per undertaking (Order dated 29.06.2007) and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
