It is further submitted that proof of service of pleadings to respondents in pursuance of Order dated 31.08.2015 has not been filed by the Petitioner, so far.
It is next submitted that pursuant to above Order, Vakalatnama has not been filed by advocates for Respondent Nos. 16 and 23 and no Counter Affidavits have been filed in respect of Respondent Nos. 16, 23, 24, 28 and 38.
It is lastly submitted that service of notice is still incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 8-12, 15, 16, 17-20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 30, 32, 33, 35, 36 and 39.
The Writ Petition alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Registrar's Court with this Office Report for Orders.
