The Writ Petition above-mentioned was listed before the ld. Registrar's Court on 24.08.2016 with Office Report dated 22.08.2016, when he was pleased to pass the following order:

"None appears for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 to 6, 9, 10, 14, 15, 18, 20, 21, 25, 26, 31, 36, 37 and 39, despite due service.

Respondent Nos. 12, 19, 22, 23, 29, 33 and 35 have not filed counter affidavit, despite last opportunity having been granted. Further opportunity is declined.

Defects in the counter affidavit filed by respondent No. 16 be cured within two weeks' time.

Affidavit with proof of dasti service of respondent No. 11 has not been filed, despite last opportunity having been granted.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions."

It is submitted that pursuant to above Order, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has on 15.09.2016 refiled the counter affidavit on behalf of State of Haryana (Respondent No. 16) after curing the defects.

It is further submitted that Mr. J.P. Dhanda, Advocate for the petitioner has not filed Affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent No. 11, so far.

The Office Report on default is listed before Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for Orders.
