UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Opportunity to respondent Nos.24, 28, 30 and 38 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.
Respondent Nos.3, 7, 13, 17, 27, 32 and 34 have already filed the counter affidavit.
Respondent No.16 has also filed the counter affidavit but defective. Defects be cured within two weeks.
Four weeks' time is granted to respondent No.29 for filing counter affidavit.
Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent Nos.12, 19, 22, 23, 33 and 35 for filing counter affidavit.
None appears for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 to 6, 14, 15, 20, 21, 31, 36, 37 and 39, despite due service.
Despite last opportunity having been granted, proof of service of respondent Nos.9, 10, 11, 18, 25 and 26 has not been filed. However, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks another opportunity for filing the same. Last and final opportunity of one week's time is granted.
