It has been submitted by the ld. counsel for the respondent No. 1 that no counter affidavit would be filed on behalf of said respondent and counter affidavit filed by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 will be adopted by respondent No. 1. Let the submission be taken on record.
Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have filed counter affidavit but vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 2 is still defective. Four weeks' time as a last opportunity is granted to cure the defects.
Service is complete on respondent No. 4 but none has entered appearance.
At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter affidavit filed or not, Registry to process the matter for listing before $\mathbb{R}^{\mathbb{R}^{\mathbb{R}^{\mathbb{R}}}}$ Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
