Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit. Respondent nos. 2,4,5 and 9 are duly served but none has entered appearance.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent nos. 3 and 6 to 8 within two weeks time as last and final opportunity. Notices thereafter be issued.

In compliance of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order $dt.3.10.2016$ and subsequently Registrar Court's order dt.10.3.2017, amended memo of the parties has not been filed by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner, as such, let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for ther directions.
