Delay condoned.
2. Mr. Shubhranshu Padhi, learned counsel submits that the respondents were engaged as NMR workers and superannuated in the Work Charged category without the benefit of regularisation. The learned Single Judge however had directed grant of pension and notional regularisation, one day prior to superannuation for the respondents. Similar direction given by the learned Single Judge for pension, is the subject matter of State's challenge in other Special Leave Petition filed by the State.
