Civil Appeal is admitted. Leave granted in special leave petitions. Hearing expedited.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the question of interim relief. Having done so, we direct that the appellants shall continue to deposit the Anti-Dumping Duty in terms of Notification dated 16th December, 2010 in an Escrow Account to be opened in the State Bank of India, Parliament Street, New Delhi. Appropriate orders in relation to the disbursement of the amount in the said account shall be made at the time of final disposal of the appeals. It is agreed that complete details of the amount to be deposited in terms of this order shall be furnished to the Authority concerned.
