Earlier Ld. Counsel for respondent no.3 has been designated as Senior Advocate. Respondent no.3 is served with alternative arrangement notice, still none has entered appearance.

Ld. Counsel for the appellant and earlier Ld. counsel for Respondent no.3 has already filed statement of case.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
