UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the impleaded respondents are present.

Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to file the statement of cases within a period of 45 days. Learned counsel shall provide a copy of the statement of case to the learned counsel for the respondents against proper acknowledgment immediately after he files the same and the learned counsel for the respondents shall file the statement Item No.135 -2-

of case within a period of 35 days thereafter. The matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court in accordance with the rules after the period stipulated above.

A copy of the amended cause title shall be provided to the learned counsel for the impleaded respondents.
