UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant, upon instructions, states that there is a registered sale deed executed in favour of Mr. P. Janardhan Reddy executed by Matpalli Lasum Bai soon after the decree of the Trial

Court in the year 1994. He prays for and is granted a week's time to place the said sale deed on record by way of an additional affidavit.

Learned counsel for the respondents may get the same verified. list these appeals again on 20th February, 2025. In the meanwhile, reply be also filed.

Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, upon instructions, also states that he is confining his appeal only to the area of 4 acres 16 guntas covered by the sale deed.
