The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th

July, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List the petitions on 26.07.2016."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. Ramesh K. Mishra, Advocate has on 16th August, 2016 filed an application for permission to file & bring on record additional documents with affidavit on behalf of petitioner in SLP (C) No. 13697 of 2016 and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 3 of 2016 and placed before the Hon'ble Court for its kind perusal.

It is further submitted to that Mr. Ramesh K. Mishra, counsel for the petitioner has already on 5 th July, 2016 filed additional documents alongwith application for permission to file the aforesaid documents. The counsel has also filed an application for impleadment on behalf of proposed party respondent (Union of India) in both the matters. Both applications are placed below for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court SLP (C) Nos. 36325-36326 of 2013 arising out of SLP (C)....CC Nos. 16943-16944 of 2013 referred to Annexure P-40 was dismissed by Hon'ble Court on 25th November, 2013 (A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 25.11.2013 is annexed as Annexure P-40 at Page Nos. 579-580 SLP paper-books.) Further, CA No. 6079 of 2010 referred to on Page 'F' of list of dates was disposed of by Hon'ble Court on 28th April, 2014. (A copy of Record of Proceeding as well as signed order dated 28th April, 2014 are already enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 13769 is tagged with SLP (C) No. 13697 as both matters are arising out of common order.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
