In the C.A. No. 5203 of 2016, the Hon'ble Court on 13.05.2016 pleased to pass the following order:

"Leave granted.

Status quo, obtaining as on today, shall be maintained by the parties. Subject to completion of service, list the matters for hearing in the first week of December, 2016. Counter affidavit be filed within eight weeks."

It is submitted that Mr. Zulfiker Ali P.S. , Advocate has on 01.09.2016 filed application for clarification and directions and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 1 (Copy of the same is placed with appeal paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that there are 10 Respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are represented through Mr. Himinder Lal, Advocate and Respondent Nos. 6 and 10 have been served through High Court but no one has chosen to enter appearance so far.

In the C.A. No. 8460 of 2016, the Hon'ble Court on 29.08.2016 pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Leave granted. Tag with Civil Appeal No. 5203/2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Zulfiker Ali P.S., Advocate has on 01.09.2016 filed application for direction and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 2 (Copy of the same is placed with appeal paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that there are 11 Respondents in the matter. Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal has been issued to all the Respondents. Certificate of service is awaited.
