RAJ PRADEEP AND ORS. arising out of common order was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 13.05.2016, when the Court granted leave and consequently the said SLP was registered as Civil Appeal No. 5203 of 2016 and same is pending (Copy of record of proceeding dated 13.05.2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
