Realising the difficulty about the maintainability of this Writ Petition in view of the judgment of this Court in Civil Appeal No.3609 of 2002 titled Chebrolu Leela Prasad Rao & Ors. vs. State of Andhra Pradesh & Ors., Mr.M.N.Rao, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner requests that this writ petition may be converted into a review petition.

Permission is granted.

This writ petition shall be treated as petition for review of the judgment in Chebrolu Leela Prasad Rao & Ors.
