UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
It appears that notice was issued to the persons who are sought to be substituted as legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 15. However, none had entered appearance.
List after four weeks. It is made clear that in case none appears on that date on behalf of the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.15, the I.A. will be decided on its own merits.
In the meanwhile, the petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by the respondent nos. 3, 11 and 14 within three weeks.
