UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 8670-8672/2023

Respondent Nos.9 & 24 in SLP(C) No.8670/2023, respondent Nos.8 & 25 in SLP(C) No.8671/2023, respondent Nos.7 & 24 in SLP(C) No.8672/2023 have failed to file counter affidavit, despite last opportunity having been granted, as such, further opportunity stands declined.

Respondent Nos.3,11 and 14 in SLP(C) No.8670/2023, respondent Nos.1,14 and 15 in SLP(C) No.8671/2023 and respondent Nos.1,9 and 14 in SLP(C) No.8672/2023 are granted four weeks' time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks' time to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent No.10.

As per office report, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an Application for substitution in respect of respondent No.13 (Dead) in SLP(C) No.8670/2023, which has been notified to be defective. However, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that legal representatives of respondent No.13 (dead) are already on record and that he has mentioned the same in his application. Submission is taken on record. Application stands allowed.

Respondent No.14 is granted four weeks' time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.
