Applications for exemption from surrendering are allowed in respect of petitioner no.1.

As far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, applications for exemption from surrendering are rejected. However, petitioner no.2 is granted four weeks' time to surrender.

In case petitioner no.2 surrenders and submits proof in this regard in the Registry within the aforesaid time, the matter shall be posted for consideration before the Court.
