It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents by registered A.D. on 14.10.2014. Mr. Kaustubh Anshuraj, Advocate appearing for Respondent No. 1 has on 18.11.2014 filed counter affidavit. None has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 though served with notice.

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent no. 1 through Mr. Kaustubh Anshuraj, Advocate and to Respondent No. 2 by registered A.D. was issued on 31.10.2014. Mr. Kaustubh Anshuraj, Advocate has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received in respect of Respondent No. 2 so far.

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent No. 2.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
